~MIA~

My doggy is so funny. Since it has been raining here so much, grass has sprouted everywhere. Mia has given herself the title of "lawnmower." As we walk down/up to/from his mom's house, Mia walks along the grassy areas eating as much as she can while she walks. It's so funny to watch. I tried to snap a picture of her doing it.

She has to be one of the funniest dogs I have ever met. She runs in crazy circles all the time, she lays on her back with her legs shooting in all different directions, and she talks when she wants something.
You know your dog is spoiled when they won't jump on the bed until you move over so she can share your pillow with you. I've woken up many a morning with a dog butt in my face because she took over my pillow haha. But it's okay because I love to cuddle <3

I was bored, so I just thought I'd write about my blue eyed beauty. You know you can't say no to that face! (or those eyes)

Momma!

I just have to say ALOHA to my mama! She ordered me pizza last night and it was soo yummy! But she's more than the pizza queen! She's very special! She's funny and crazy! I've never really had a problem talking to her about anything...even the weird stuff neither of us wanted to hear haha. One of those one-of-a-kind beauties. She has done so much for me. From letting me stay home from school (even though I made her mad doing it =( ), to getting me my secret stash of whoppers in my room, and even letting my fly to a different state to see my long distance boyfriend...even when people told her she was crazy! I could go on and on, but it all comes back to her being a wonderful person and mother. Thank you Mommy! <3

SURPRISE!

Yesterday someone gave us one of those credit card gift cards, so we went to the grocery store for some things. We walk in, and who is at the pharmacy counter? Matt's mom! I said he should go up behind her and scare her. He went up behind and PINCHED HER BUTT! She jumped so high! It was so funny. We were laughing so bad. Then he ratted me out and told her it was my idea....she hit me haha. So we bought her a candy with our card =D
So if you see someone you know somewhere and want to make them jump out of their skin....go pinch their butt hehe.
PEACE!

New!

I made a new blog. My last one was made a long time ago, and I didn't know what I was doing. So...Here is the new one. I kept some of my old blogs, so now it looks like I wrote them all in Feb. haha. Just ignore it hehe.
I'll try to keep this one updated! ENJOY!

Marley and Me

The other day, Matt, Matt's mom, and I went to go see Marley and Me. The movie theature was surprisingly packed. We couldn't find parking anywhere. When we finally found a spot, we had missed the showing we were aiming for, so we ended going to Joe's Crab Shack for dinner. I love watching Matt tear the crab apart haha.
After getting away from our crappy waiter, we headed back to the movie, and found a better parking spot. The movie was so packed, we had to sit on the end of one of the closest 5 rows, I hadn't sat that close in a long time haha.

The movie was really good. They left out a lot from the book surprisingly, but it was still good. It was very funny, yet sad. I was doing so good at not crying, then I looked over, and Matt and his mom were crying (they had lost a dog not too long ago) and I couldn't hold it anymore haha. I love looking down the isle and you can see almost all the women wiping their eyes and sniffling. Very good movie! I'd see it again =D

Christmas

Everyone have a good Christmas?!

We woke up and opened gifts. Mia got a new rope, that she is already shedding apart. Matt got a massage chair for his back, and the new Indiana Jones. I got a beautiful necklace and some clothes!

We went to Matt's grandparents house for lunch, played a game, and Matt's sister dressed up as Santa. Then we headed over to his dad's house for dinner. And to top it off, today we're going out to see Marley and Me.

Here are some of the very few pictures I managed to take that morning (the batteries died in the camera)

Not Ready

This is the last weekend before Christmas....are you ready? I think this is the first year that Christmas has snuck up on me. I'm usually all over it!
Matt and I went shopping with his mom for our Christmas presents, and I had a good time. We goofed off and laughed and it was nice.
This is also my first Christmas not in Utah with my family.....this should be interesting haha.
Well I guess I better go wrap presents so I can send them on their way.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Twilight

Well I went and saw Twilight today. It was great! At first I thought it was going really fast, but that's just because I'm used to the detail of the books...duh!
Some of the scenes were awesome! The way they made Edwards skin glitter, the baseball scene, Edwards driving skills and of course the sad scene when Bella tells her dad she's leaving.
To make things better, one of my favorite bands plays one of the main songs for the movie (Paramore: Decode). I can't wait to start reading the 4th book.....I'm so excited! Haha.
I wonder how long it will take them to make the second one (I was afraid that the guy playing Jacob couldn't be angry enough...he has the smile down....but at the end he gives Edward the meanest glare, and my faith restored lol).....
The ticket stubs are SO going in my diary =P Heheh

Well....

...We actually decided to stay in California. You know the saying "you don't know what you have till it's gone"? Well I guess that sort of applies here. As much as I complain about this "barn," I've fallen in love with it. There are some simple things that can be fixed to make it better, I just never wanted to do them because I didn't want to stay. We figured that we did not have enough money to pay for a uhaul, the gas for it, and the storage that we might need. Also, even though Utah is cheaper...we not only save money on rent, but also on the insurance that comes with an apartment or house, the sewer and garbage fees, and little stuff like that.
The down side.....I think we made Matt's sister mad (she wanted to live here when we were gone, and it seemed like she couldn't wait to push us outta here haha). Also I think we've lost out on a free table and a cheap car, oh well I guess.
On the bright side I now know that I can go buy advanced day tickets to Twilight without fear that I might not be here. And I can see two either hawks or vultures circling something outside the window....kinda cool!

Halloween

Halloween has to be one of my favorite holidays! Even though I didn't go to one haunted house (for the first time in about 5 years), or get to dress up and go anywhere, I still had a pretty good time.

We went over to Matt's dad's house and went trick-or-treating with his little sister Emma (I should of taken a picture of her), Kim, Matt's aunt and uncle, Michelle, and her boyfriend Brian. Michelle dress up, as did Brian....kind of haha. They had their own bag for candy. It had to be the warmest Halloween I have ever experienced...and the most crowded (besides that one time I had to hand out candy at my mall job). There is one house that looks kind of like a lighthouse and they go all out. It made me want to go to Disneyland haha.

We also took pretty much every dog our family owns with us. But of course since I couldn't dress up, I dressed Mia up! She got lots of compliments....our litte "demon dog"

Overall a really good Halloween.

BOO!

Now What...

Well....the wedding is finally over, the honeymoon is over (sadly lol). Now I'm just sitting here cleaning up. The new road bump is where are we going to live? California or Utah? *sigh* It's really a tougher decision than I thought it would be.

In California we have Matt's family. We have the ocean and the warm weather. We have schools with Marine Biology and all our stuff is already here lol.

In Utah we have my family. Cost of living is quite a bit cheaper. We have schools for me without having to wait for residency. And snow can be fun!(especially for our husky)

Either way we're away from somebodies family. Either way we miss out on something. I would love to decide soon so we can get plans underway. I hate not being planned (even tho a lot of times they don't work out anyway).

I guess we're just going to have to wait and see what happens. I can't wait to see where our lives take us.
